RETURN & REFUND
It happens, something just does not work for you and you want your money back. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Miajee’s, or change your mind for any reason, you can return your qualifying item(s) within 30 days of receipt. While, the products condition should be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with the original packaging. Returned merchandise that does not satisfy these requirements may not qualify for a refund. Please note that you will be responsible for shipment charge on charge-of-mind returns.
If you received defective, damaged or incorrect merchandise, please email our support team or contact us immediately, and we will exchange it via our 1 Year Warranty Policy window.
Once we receive your qualifying return and approve your refund, we will credit your original method of payment. Depending on your financial institution, please allow an additional 2 – 10 business days for the credit to post to your bank or credit card account. Please note that all voucher, discount and promotional codes are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
RESPONSIBILITY
Please note that returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they are packed up properly and cannot get damaged on the way.
As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.

If you are not satisfied with a purchased product from Horse & Hound . You have 5 days from the date of receiving the product to request a return for exchange. Our exchange policy is as follows:
- You have 5 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- Refund Policy is not available. (No cash, Only DISCOUNT CODE will be provided)
- For an eligible return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
- Items returned with missing parts, modifications and/ or signs of wear and tear shall not be considered refundable.
- Merchandise MUST BE returned with all included accessories, merchandise tags, factory stickers, packaging still fully intact.
HOW DO I APPLY FOR A RETURN?
Please email our support team with your order details and a brief description of return reason (ex. change of mind). Once we receive your request, we will confirm you back and provide you with clear instructions on return shipment preparation.
