We offer 1 year warranty to cover all our products if you purchase them from Miajee’s official website. The coverage period counts from the original invoice date. 

Besides, we assume that you have been utilising the products under normal conditions and for the purpose intended. Try not to over stuff your product or put things in there that don’t belong. For example, if you put more cards than recommended, it can stretch the product out of shape. And it will also put undue stress on the stitching or other materials.

This warranty covers faults in materials and workmanship. However, it doesn’t apply to:

  • Damages due to misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents.
  • Any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance or care.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Change of mind.

What’s more, all of our products are using natural leather. The natural beauty of leather means that no two pieces of leather are exactly alike. As such, natural markings and grain variations are not considered as defects. 

In order to make a warranty claim, you need to purchase your Miajee’s product through our website. For others, please email the purchase proof to us to verify. We will advise the warranty policy case by case.

How do I make a warranty claim ?

Please email our support team with your order details and a description of the fault or damage. Including photographs of any fault helps a lot in speeding up claims.



If we decide to arrange exchange for faulty product, we will be responsible for logistics costs, and provide you with clear instructions on return shipment preparation.
